A vector image is an image made by using points and lines, and not pixels, to draw an image. These can be turned into pixel images of any size, because vector images can be scaled without loss of quality. - - Auto Merge - - BTW Getting ready for the stream now.

Inkscape, practice, time, and, oh, the layers! I can't really draw amazing, so I just trace things in Inkscape instead. I should do a stream sometime.
