"Certainly," Frozen said, silently grateful to be leaving. When they wefe out of earshot he looked at Rosy, "that was very close.."
"She's one of the five close friends to the princess of friendship, and the most dangerous. If she discovers my true nature, she has a direct line to her or the sisters. Yet, if we don't go tonight she'll only be more suspicious.."
"If we can't, and she finds out what I am, I want you to run okay Rosy?" He looked at her, "Promise me?"
Frozen stopped and looked at her, "But what if they punish you for helping me?" he asked, "Rosy are you certain that's what you want?"
Frozen smiled, a tiny icy tear coming to his cheek, "You truly are my raft Rosy," he whispered. Never, in my long life, have I ever thought I could love somepony as I love you Rosy."
She wiped away the tear, and knocked her head on his shoulder affectionately. "And I love you too. Come. Let's look around."
They went through the marketplace, bustling past various ponies. Rosy pointed towards a building shaped vaguely like a cupcake. "That must be Sugarcube Corner," she said.
"Tell me about it," he said. He perked up when he noticed a mare in a cowboy hat, delivering a cart of apples. Beside her was an elderly mare, with a coat of green, chatting back and forth with a little filly beside her. Frozen paused when he saw the elderly mare, memories flooding his mind. He saw her, as she was as a younger mare, looking up at him. "Ya'll sure you can't stay?" she asked him, "Pa seems to really like you. You really saved us Frozen! If it weren't for you, we would have lost our crops this past winter!" "I can't," Frozen said, as he hugged the mare who had treated him like a brother, "I'm sorry." She just smiled up at him, tears in her eyes in spite of it, "It's alright Frozen, I'll never forget you. I hope y'all find what you're lookin fer.." In the presemt day, a small tear froze upon his cheek as he watched the mare from a distance, "Granny Smith.."
He shook his head, "The last time I saw her was forty years ago, she would expect me to be an old stallion by now." He sighed, "She was like a little sister to me. I would give anything to run to her and hug her again."
