"Well," Frozen said, "I guess we had best start looking." He grabbed a book, skimmed through it and put it back.
Rosy's horn glowed as she lifted multiple books off the shelves. She skimmed though them, and put them back in frustration.
After about an hour, Frozen stopped. "It won't be out here," he said, "If it is anywhere, it will be hidden."
"Don't lose hope, my darling." Rosy said, as she stood up, books sliding off her lap. "We'll find it."
She laughed lightly. "I appreciate it, but I'm just as frustrated as you are. I'm just better at hiding it." Her magic glowed as the books rushed back into place.
Frozen began looking for a secret doorway somewhere, figuring a book of that power wouldn't be just left lying around. He tapped his hoof against the walls, looking for a hollow spot.
(Do you want them to find something? Or would you like for them to get close and not find anything?) Rosy's magic snaked through the books, and flew through the bookshelves.
(Well, I was thinking that it could be close, but not quite right. Like, it's for turning a pony immortal, not the other way around, or it accelerates the pony to their real age, which would mean Frozen would die instantly. Does that work for you?)
(Alrighty. That actually works!) Rosy's magic went behind the books on the shelf, until it located a small door. She opened it, and pulled out a dusty book. It fanned open in front of her, and she looked at it curiously. "Immortality spell?" she read.
"Hm?" Frozen said. By this point he had almost given up hope entirely, of finding anything. He approached her, and peeres over her shoulder.
"This spell does not prevent from physical harm," Rosy continued, "But it allows the being to live without fear of a natural death, or a death from sickness or malady." She looked up at Frozen slowly.
