(No problem, I completely understand!) "I am sorry for that," Frozen said, "Your sister told me what happened to you, in the caves, and I can understand why you would be mistrusting." Frozen touched his hoof to her shoulder, "But I am not your enemy, far from it. My own people have hurt me just as much, if not moreso. I was turned out for being different, for being born differently than others, and exiled into the world where everyone despises me, even if I admire them.. No, I am not your enemy. I have no grand scheme to hurt you or your sister. All I want is for this week to be over, so that I can marry the mare of my dreams, settle down, and have a quiet life.."
Luna tensed at Frozen's hoof, and listened to his words carefully. "Unfortunately, I believe you are genuine. Which makes things a great deal harder." She gave him a wry smile. "If you were evil, we could simply banish you, and be done with it."
Frozen nodded, "No one would blame you if that were the case," he said, "for now, let's at least agree to tolerate one another?"
"We shall see, Mr. Heart. You have already exceeded my expectations," Luna said dryly. "Perhaps no agreement is necessary." Her horn glowed, and she frowned. "My sister is summoning me. You're going to have to excuse me, Mr. Heart," she said, waving a hoof at the splendor around her. "Feel free to peruse the gardens at your leisure."
Frozen nodded, "Goodnight your highness," he said gently. Frozen walked quietly through the moonlit garden, looking at the displays of flowers. He wondered which ones Rosy would like.
Almost as if thinking of her had summoned it, a small patch of static appeared in the air. It almost looked like a hologram. The view cleared, and it showed Rosy, face illuminated by moonlight, peering into her side of the view curiously.
"Rosy?" Frozen stammered, he was shocked and surprised by what he saw and wasn't certain if it was an illusion or not!
Her eyes widened, and she broke into a huge grin. "Whoa!" she said, horn glowing. "You know, they told me my horn might do weird things, but I have no idea how I'm doing this!" She looked normal, save for the dark circles under her eyes. It was almost midnight in Vanhoover.
She smiled sadly. "I miss you too, my darling," The visual spluttered for a second, and then returned, Rosy frowning. "There. I think I did something to stabilize it." She focused on him again. "Are you okay? Are they treating you okay?"
"Yes, I am fine," he said, "Celestial has agreed to allow us to move into the castle. She wants me to be an ambassador to Chineigh."
She thought for a moment, and nodded slightly. "As long as I get to be with you," she said, pushing her chestnut locks out of her face. "Which might be the most cliché thing I've ever said."
She paused for a second, "I'm doing pretty well, I think. It's weird to sleep in here, though." She suddenly lit up. "Hey, they're going to let me go into the garden tomorrow!"
"That sounds lovely!" He said, "I am in the gardens of the palace, it's quite beautiful and i'm sure you'd love it here!"
Frozen smiled, "I never knew that, really?" He could just sit here and talk with her for hours, everything he learned made her all the more interesting!
"Yeah..." she said, her eyes becoming unfocused as she thought. "I think my father loved roses too," she said. "Anyway, are you even allowed to be out here this late?"
