He opened the door, flicking on the light. The room was dim and smelled suspiciously like bleach, but there were two beds, and it seemed cleaner than outside. "What do you mean?"
He laughed slightly, looking over at her with a raised eyebrow before going over to the window. "And why is that?"
She frowned. "Because. Clearly I'm.. privileged, or whatever. I haven't experienced the things you have."
He looked out the window before closing the blinds and returning to her. "That's a nice way to put it."
She squinted at the now closed windows. "Okay, what is the deal? How bad of a reputation does this place have?"
