He stood up, looking over at her. "I'm actually kinda excited," he said, stretching. As he lifted his arms above his head, she would see his shirt shifting and his torso. His skin was mottled red and blues and purples.
Her brows furrowed slightly out of concern, but otherwise she pretended not to notice for the time being, for his sake. "Me too. We're like detectives."
"But maybe he didn't actually know her," he said as they boarded the train. "Maybe's it's a big old coincidence."
