I haven't even told my parents that I watch the show, but I am starting to think that they are getting suspicious because of all the "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" recordings on our DirecTV satellite receiver. My little brother and sister already know I like the show and the fandom, and my older brother... well. For my sake, I better hope you doesn't find out.

well... I've pushed it to next level actually Since my dad has friend that works on national tv in Croatia (HRT), I asked him if he could suggest to his friend to suggest to tv program board to put MLP:FiM on that channel (English, Croatian subtitles, same way they did with Chowder). He said ok, and that he'll mention it to her.
I could not stand Chowder. My friend tease me about it occasionally, but it's all in good fun now. I show them the jokes, the fan animations (that are hilarious) and they laugh. I won't show them my fanfiction or the fact that I archive much of the fan art, though.
All my friends know that I love this show. I just don't tell my parents because they would be indifferent to the whole thing. Plus, I don't want to get on their nerves about it.
1) maybe, I was bullied up until my senior year of highschool. I can't say that is being prepared though. 2) not having many friends after school. So I guess your're right about that. 3) I stoped to trying to get people to approve of me. My grandmother doesn't approve of piano music as a mans music.
