MLP's popularity is very well represented on YT with the music, parodies, abridges, and other MLP/Brony work. Although, I do see Sandwich & Cereal's videos, and he either made LPS videos or shared them.
I'm not sure on his videos, or even if he just liked and commented them and I see them pop up. I think that they are LPS music videos or funny scenes. I usually watch Sandwich & Cereal for either his Pokémon or Yume Nikki videos. We talked over on of his Yume Nikki videos once and had a discussion on the series. He is one of my favorite YTers.
Yume Nikki is a Japanese game made by Kikiyami. It's about a hikkimori named Madotsuki, who has lucid dreams that you get travel in and collect effects and other things. Few people know of it, but most people who know Japanese anime and Japanese video games know the light switch scene from the game. The videos Sandwich & Cereal made were on that scene. OT: I watched an episode of Littlest Pet Shop (the episode were Zoey's rival shows up and that old lady was looking for some cleaning supplies, it's a pretty good show, but not as good as MLP. I did like the America's Next Top Model reference and other things though. ) I might watch other episodes as well. But I don't I will become a petter, but it is still a decent show.
Ok thanks for telling me what Yume Nikki and also I'm glad that you're enjoying Littlest Pet Shop keeping watching the show in my opinion it's the second best show on The Hub. OT: have you seen Dan vs.? in my opinion that's a pretty good Hub show too.
To be honest, I don't really care for the HUB, except for My Little Pony, maybe Littlest Pet Shop, and when they show The Nightmare Before Christmas. My mom watches it for the classic shows like Laverne & Shirly and Happy Days. She still shows little interest in MLP, despite loving the 80s version, she did see a few episodes though, her favorite is Applejack (no surprise to me) and she likes Dash cause of me.
I have to say Zoey is easily my favorite LPS character, which was always like that since when I start noticing LPS.
I might check out an episode or two, but I gotta say you guys need a better name. I don't think I could ever bring myself to tell anyone that I was a "petter." lol They'd prolly be like, "....wtf?"
I think the name 'petter' is both cute, too creepy, and seem to be already used. The name 'Brony' to me is way more original.
Same here she's like the dog version of Rarity and Rarity is my favorite Mane Six pony so for me it was a obvious choice when choosing my favorite LPS character as a matter of fact even before I became a petter two weeks ago she was my favorite for that very reason plus she's just so cute I love Zoe.
She was the first LPS character I saw, I first saw LPS being advertise on McDonald's as toys during the time I was becoming a Brony. I said it looks similar to MLP by artwork, now I see how.
Well i've also heard some people refer to themselves as pet shop bros but the official name of the fandom is the Petter Fandom.
Pet Shop Bros sounds somewhat better. It makes me think of that group that made the song "Party Like A Rockstar".
Oh ok is that a rap group because now a days unless it's a cool song from a videogame, a cool sounding brony song or the Theme Song to either the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon or the Dragon Ball GT Theme Song I don't listen to much rap music anymore.
I don't know what it is about this week but Thepetshopinsider.blogspot.com has been updated and had several things posted on it this week so far we've had episode information, fan art, song covers and fan fiction being posted on there one of the few things that hasn't been posted yet this week is fan comics. I'm still waiting for fan animations though when am I going to see fan animations.
Are you bumping this for attention? Anyway, I do find it rather amusing how Hasbro is leaching off the Brony fandom with this new show, sadly creating this 'Petter' Spawn in the process.
