I love her humor and sweet optimisum, though, she can be a little too hyper for me at times (not always that great to watch when your prone to major adhd splerges due to having aspergers......xP).
I've always liked her since the moment I first saw her but I guess it helped that the very first episode I saw last summer was Party of One a very funny episode with scenes that have now become iconic and famous in our community and fandom.
I'm surprised I haven't answered this thread yet. Anyway, I used to think that she was annoying at the very beginning of my brony journey. But then, after giving it 24 hours to sink in, I started to like her. Then she was my favourite pony until half way through season 2. The Applejack happened and she dropped to 3rd place. She's still an awesome pony though.
I find her personality interesting to take apart. Personally, I fear I would find her to be a bit too much for me to handle in real life. But I love the character nonetheless.
I enjoy her hyperness and randomness. Prior to Rainbow Dash, she was my favorite and is still second place. I like her hair style, it always makes me laugh. She is even funny when she is psychotic (hair being straight).
I loved Party of One. When my two best friends were making me try the show out, that was the episode they showed me, and it was pretty great. It actually took more convincing for me to actually get into the show though. My favorite Pinkie Pie moment is still when she told the CMC the story of how she got her cutie mark.
Party of One was also my very first episode althought I didn't have any friends try to get me to watch the show I discovered it myself but still we have so much in common.
You're a robot?! It's going to be a great episode. And from what I saw on the commercial, there's going to be some... Weird humor (Pinkie Pie riding another Pinkie Pie like a horse.)
For awhile I found her annoying. Now I find her charming. I think it all depends on the episode. She's the sort of person I'd want to be friends with. She's obsessively dependable and lovable and she'd never intentionally make you feel bad.
I don't like her...I think she exists because they needed to have two of every kind of pony. She has poor character development, I mean...parties? What? Who doesn't enjoy parties at least sometimes? They should have made her instead into the pinkie pie we first saw in episode one, that lights the dark with her optimism, and not turn her into a clown which I see her as now. That and they need to give her more of a job...like Rarity and her dresses, Pinkie should be shown more making cookies or something.
I agree with this. I loved how she was the beacon of light in the darkness (when they were in the Everfree Forest) in the second episode. She hasn't done anything like that since then. I still like the character, though.
I love Pinkie Pie. Although I get the sense that she would be incredibly tiresome to be around at times (I'm not a terribly energetic person), she's VERY kind-hearted, optimistic, and surprisingly resourceful. Besides, she seems very cuddly.
Aww shiit! We got a poll about my Waifu? Well I'm verrrrrry sure you all know what I have to say. Pinkie Pie is the most wonderful cutest, adorablist pony in all of Ponyville! Nuff said. I don't need to argue/disagree on a subject I know is the truth.
