I'd say charming, she's my favorite pony along with Fluttershy anyway. The only episodes where I found her annoying would be Too Many Pinkie Pies (well, found her clones annoying, to be exact.) and slightly on the Nightmare Night one (felt sorry for Luna D.
There hasn't been a single moment in the entire series were I found Pinkie Pie to be annoying everytime I see her i'm either laughing, singing or smiling.
Figured I'd re-set this poll to infinite expiry time. There's been a few times where I've found Pinkie to be a bit annoying. Though usually that will come with my current mood. Overall I would say charming.
she's definantly amusing and I can't say I've had a moment where I have been irritated by pinkie hopefully it stays that way but I can see why some wouldn't like her
Her character is forced, but that's her charm; he personality is so outrageous and out there that it's actually pretty believable and likable. I still find her slightly annoying in the roles where she's the main character... too much Pinkie is bad for my brain.
I really didn't like Pinkie Pie all that much at first. It took me some getting used to, but now she's one of my favorites.
SHE IS openminded, always finds happyness, helps others before herself, loves to partty, shows little or no sgins of fear, can invent wierd teck, has the ability to teleport_ (*v*) What was the qeustion again?
I would definitely not say annoying. But neither is she really charming. Hectic and fun is how I would describe Pinkie Pie.
Yes, Pinkie is charming. She supports to everypony to think pink. *Just one exeption: When she becames as Pinkamena, she is scary (according to fanfic called Cupkaces)
I just finished The Last Roundup in the course of rewatching s2, and RD quite literally wields Pinkie's obnoxiousness as a weapon to interrogate AJ. So even the writers realize that PP can be a bit too over the top at times.
I agree with the post, but I'd like to point something out: THAT WAS A GOOD EPISODE. It's one of my personal favourite, and I especially like the fact that the writers made an allegory for such a controversial topic, as an earnest and effective attempt to teach kids something about tolerance and cooperation across ethnic lines. I find it very admirable.
How can you even ask? Shes the most charming pony ever! Always smiling, always happy for her friend..
I didn't say it was a bad episode, but I have to disagree with you on the moral of the story. It was about AJ being worried that she let everyone down by not winning first place in the rodeo, and to be proud of your success even if you didn't do quite as well as you'd hoped. Maybe you're thinking of 'Over A Barrel?'
Oh I know you didn't imply it was a bad episode! I just... Uh derped up in my wording. For some reason I got those two mixed up. Yeah, I was thinking of 'Over a Barrel", with the buffalo and Apploosa and whatnot. >< I'm sorry for my incompeposting. xD
