"We could open a flower shop," he suggested, "where you sell swords and bouquets and I sell.. I don't know. Home rememdies or something."
"I'd like to be with you," he replied simply, glancing over at her. "Everything else is pretty irrelevant."
He kissed the top of her head. "Do you need to sleep?" he asked. "You didn't really sleep last night, did you?"
"Safety?" he asked, his nose grazing her cheek as he rested his forehead on her temple. "What do you mean?"
She hesitated, trying to think of her words. "This whole attacker thing makes me nervous... I just want us to be safe."
He watched her for a moment. "Well," he said thoughtfully. "We have to be careful. I mean, it could be anyone." He kissed her cheek, his hand grazing the back of her neck. "But don't worry. I'm going to do anything I can to keep you safe." He gave her a cocky grin. "And besides, I'm positive you could kick anyone's ass who tried to hurt you."
