“Why do you need flour?”
"Just in case."
He sighed, shaking his head. “You’ve hurt me.”
She tilted her head nervously. "I have?"
He beamed at her, kissing her cheek. “Yup.”
"How so?"
“By not telling me what you need the flour for.”
"Just in case we need flour!"
“But what made you think of it?”
"..Pancakes."
“Are you making pancakes?”
"I thought about it, but.. we don't have flour."
“Oh. I see.”
"Yeah. So I could head to the market and get it, for the future."
“Future pancakes.”
"Right. And other things that need flour."
He squinted suspiciously before sighing. “Right.”
She kissed his cheek. "I'll head out now."
“Do you want me to come with you?”
