"I see, I see," she teased, taking a seat. "It has been amazing."
He beamed, serving her. "I'm glad."
She picked up her fork, quiet before looking up at him.
He blinked. "What is it?"
"Can I celebrate your birthday?" she asked quietly. "I won't make it big or anything..'
He looked up suddenly, a frown crossing his face. "Avice..."
She looked down. "We don't have to. I was just wondering."
He sighed, kissing her cheek. "We'll see."
She looked up again. "Okay."
"I love you, Avice."
She smiled. "I love you too."
"Thank you for caring."
She reached over, running her hand through his hair.
He leaned into her touch instinctively.
She smiled gently. "You're lovely."
He blinked, looking over at her quietly. "You make everything better, you know."
She flushed slightly. "I do?"
"You do. I'm so in love with you."
She laughed. "I'm in love with you too, Jackrabbit. More than you know."
