She crossed her arms. "I didn't just go from thinking of you as acquaintance to dating you and suddenly falling head over heels."
He laughed, trying to coax her arms open with his hands. "You didn't have a crush on me when we first met, though."
"I still win," he teased, kissing her forehead. "I had a crush on you from the first moment I saw you."
He sighed before kissing her forehead. "Because it was me. I threw them out. I was planning on leaving the ship."
