She tilted her head. "What else did she say?"
"She told me lots of stuff."
"Like what?"
"Like how she killed a guy once."
Avice pursed her lips. "I'll allow that."
"She's really cool."
"Also true."
"She told me that she'd take me on a boat one time."
"On the ship? Would you like that?"
"You know about the boat?'
"That's where I met papa.'
She frowned, tilting her head. "On a boat?"
She nodded.
