Avice nodded with a raised brow.
"Can you draw a picture in the corner?"
"Sure I can."
“You should use red.”
"What do you want me to draw?"
“Can you draw a cat? “
"Sure," she replied, going to draw a cat with red.
Aubrey watched approvingly
It didn't take her long to finish.
"Can I see?"
She nodded, moving her hand. She left it rather simple.
Aubrey, for her part, seemed delighted. "What's her name?"
"The cat? What if it's Oliver?"
"Oliver isn't red, Mama."
"What would you like her name to be, then?"
"Cheetah."
"Alright. It's Cheetah then."
"Cheetah the Cat."
