He jumped in surprise, looking down at her in confusion. "I, uh..." He seemed very uncertain, looking around the hospital. "I think... you might... what's going on? Where am I?"
Her eyes brightened at his awakeness, glad he seemed alright. "You're at the hospital.. You were in an accident and I was scared you weren't going to be okay."
"An... accident?" he asked, terribly confused. He put his hand to his head, squinting in the light before looking at Avice. "Are you... are you my doctor, then?" he asked, his brows furrowed.
He raised a hand in surrender. "Ah, my apologies. Are you a nurse, then? Or are you visiting someone around here?"
He seemed bewildered, blinking. "I'm terribly sorry, but I think you may have me confused for someone else. My name is Tuck. Who are you looking for?"
She started at him, her blue eyes searching his expression before she whimpered, standing up nervously.
She looked uncertain, sitting down in the chair once again. She folded her hands rather nervously. "You really don't remember?"
He seemed very perplexed, studying her. "But... you called me the wrong name. Are you sure it's me you're married to?"
