"That's what I thought. I was sure I would have met one if so."
She nodded. "I like cats."
"Oh, no. I'm in love with a cat person?"
She glared at him. "There is nothing wrong with that."
"Yes, there is."
"There certainly is not."
"Okay, do your thing."
She rolled her eyes, leading the way.
He followed, humming under his breath.
She glanced at him, small grin on her face. "You're cute."
His gaze moved to her and he tilted his head slightly, reaching for her hand. "Me?"
She took his hand with a smile, swinging her arm slightly. "Yup."
“What makes you say that?”
She pursed her lips. "Looking at you."
He rolled his eyes, draping the arm over her shoulders. "Hush."
She laughed, leaning into him.
"Are we almost there?"
"Yeah, getting close."
"Do you want to just go in and talk to them for a while?"
"Yes, I'll probably have to."
