Avice was talking to her mother cheerfully, pouring stew into seperate bowls as Charlotte got silverware.
Avice turned, brightening when she saw him. She had two bowls in her hands. "Oh, hey! Would you take these for me?"
She followed, her eyes warm as she set the bowls on the table in their respect places, going to get the silverware.
