Pirates! (One-on-One)

She frowned, knowing well this would likely not end well for her, but nonetheless she continued, moving her next piece.

 

She pursed her lips.

"I think I will kill you."

 

She squinted at him.

"I will. And then I'll start bleeding again and you'll feel bad."

 

"That's the trick," she said. "I'll go in for the kill, but then start bleeding before I can attack, that way you feel even worse."

 

"Fine," she said. "Let's try this again."

 

"Yes," she said firmly. "I won't lose as quick this time."

 

She sat back, watching it thoughtfully for a moment before making her first move.

 

She observed his moments, moving her piece right after him.

 

She squinted. If he had a plan, she would want to do something unexpected yet beneficial. She moved her piece.

 

She smiled slightly, pausing for a moment before playing her turn.
