Natalia was writing something in a notebook, and she looked up at Avice with one raised eyebrow. "Miss Rohesia. How can I help you?"
She was quiet for a moment. "I don't know anything, and it's not my business to know, but if it really amounts to anything, then I can leave."
"Leaving is out of the question, Ms. Rohesia," Natalia said icily. "Currently I'm debating whether or not to kill you where you stand."
Natalia approached with a flat expression, her hand at her hip where her daggers rested.. "What do you know?"
Natalia's eyes were a piercing blue. "All you know is that I am Jack Curbow's sister," she repeated, her brow furrowing.
She was quiet for a moment. "I told him to leave," she said. "I didn't want to get in the way of things."
"Think what you want," Natalia said, waving a hand idly. There came a knock on the door and Natalia looked up. "Who is it?" "Jack. I need to talk to you."
"Speak of the devil," Natalia muttered before speaking louder. "Come in." He entered wearily but paused when he saw Avice. "What... how..."
