"Something someone as good as you would even bother talking about. It doesn't matter," she said. "I'm just being weird. Don't worry about it."
He grinned at her, his head cocked slightly. "A foolish attempt, Rohesia. Trying to keep my from my habit of worrying. Tsk tsk."
Avice picked up a small bag of gunpowder, and rubbed some between her fingers before looking back up at him. "Did you just call me foolish? Ha! Only a fool would call another fool foolish!" She stood up, cocking her head. "I will cover you in charcoal powder till you're unrecognizable. You have been warned."
He backed away, raising his hands in surrender. "Come now, Avice," he said, almost sternly. "Don't do anything you're going to regret."
He frowned at her before his gaze returned to the charcoal dust. "Isn't that stuff bad for your lungs?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "You could die."
"That's true, but you did tease me earlier for not being able to kill you. So, now is my chance, right?" She took another step towards him. "I'll be carefullll!"
"You'll be careful... while killing me?" he asked, pausing. "You're a very meticulous murderer, aren't you?"
"Not normally," she said, nonchalantly blowing some of the dust. "But during the process I'll the careful. I don't know how long it takes to kill someone with this, but I assume it'd take a bit."
"I am an intimidating predator, and I should be feared throughout all the land." She crossed her arms, raising an eyebrow. "It took you that long to notice."
"Well, prepare to meet your doom!" she said, reaching her hands towards him menacingly, which were covered with the black powder.
