She tilted her head slightly . "Oh.. Okay."
He seemed tense, holding her close. “Did you sleep well?”
She frowned slightly her hand rubbing his shoulder. "Just fine.. How about you?"
He hesitated slightly. “It was alright. It’s better being awake though.”
Her brows furrowed, and she brushed his cheek with her hand. "Did you have a nightmare?"
He hesitated. “A little.”
She sighed, sitting up and pulling him close. "I'm sorry.. do you want to talk about it?"
He paused before shaking his head. “Don’t worry. I’m okay.”
She nodded slowly. ".. Okay."
He kissed her temple. “I’m glad you‘re here, though. How are you feeling?”
She shrugged. "Better than yesterday, but still not great."
“Well, we’re going into Cantlyre today, so we should have a good day.”
She smiled slightly, laying down again. "I think we will."
He kissed her cheek. “Research!”
"Research is alright. I guess."
“Don’t worry. You don’t have to stay with me while I work.”
She wave her hands. "No, I can."
“It’ll be boring,” he warned. “Lots of... books and things.”
She kissed his jaw. "I don't mind."
He grinned at her. “Are you an... avice reader?”
