She winked. "I know."
He laughed deeply, wrapping the blanket around her shoulders. “Did you just wink at me?”
She grinned, her eyes bright. "Yep."
He kissed her earlobe. “Hmph. Fine. I can dig it.”
She pulled his arm around her. "Good."
He chuckled lightly in her ear. “Are you cold?”
She pursed her lips. "A little bit."
“Here,” he said, pulling a blanket over them. “C’mere.”
She moved closer to him, resting her head on his chest.
He planted a kiss on her head. “I love you.”
Her hand brushed his jaw. "I love you too."
He closed his eyes against her touch, sighing contentedly. "You have such beautiful hands, Av."
She smiled softly. " What do you mean?'
"Your hands. They're beautiful. Small and careful and soft.."
She brushed her fingers through his hair. "You think?"
He caught her hand and kissed it. "I know."
She grinned, looking up at the sky. "I'm not sleeping til I see a shooting star."
"Does that rule apply to me?" he asked, his nose brushing her neck.
She kissed his forehead. "No. It doesn't have to."
"Excellent," he said, wrapping his arms around her waist. "I'll stay up as long as I can."
