He allowed himself to be led through the crowd, feeling more and more concerned as they moved. "This is a bad idea..." he groaned.
His expression softened as they headed towards the music, but there was still a pit of dread in his stomach. "I'm trusting you, Rohesia," he said.
She looked around, a grin on her face. After a moment of observing, she began dancing, the movements smooth and relaxed.
He joined her after a minute of observing her. Strangely enough, the liquor in his system seemed to make his dancing better. At least no one was giving him strange looks.
"You don't get to make that distinction," he said, frowning at her teasingly. "A jinx is normally not intentional."
He paused, surprised, but he quickly recovered and kissed her back, his hand lightly brushing her face.
"Dancing, I could do without," he said evenly, grinning at her. "But I find myself liking you quite a bit, and I don't relish the idea of not being near you."
