"And cliche as well! Avice, what happened to the woman I married?"
She sighed sadly. "I guess I'm just not as good as you like anymore."
"You'll always be good enough for me," he soothed, kissing her temple.
She rolled her eyes playfully, sliding out of his lap. "Ughh. No I'm not."
"Avice, don't even joke about that."
"I'm nooot!" she persisted playfully. "And I certainly don't deserve hugs or kisses."
He frowned, wrapping his arms around her. "Stoooopppp."
She laughed, planting small kisses along his jaw. "Teasing!"
He pursed his lips, glancing down at her. "You're so rude."
She wrapped her arms around his neck as she kissed his forehead. "I love you!"
He squinted at her. "I love you too," he muttered.
She kissed his cheek again, her voice sing-songy. "IIII loooooove youuuu!"
"I love you too," he grumbled, his voice a little louder.
Her hands moved to squish his face. "I love you!"
"Nyeehhh," he muttered, squinting at her.
She gave him a big kiss her eyes bright. "Love you!"
He said nothing, only squinted at her.
She said nothing as well, only grinned brightly at him.
He sighed before standing up, sliding her off his lap. "I'm done."
