“Sorry, baby,” he teased, slipping out of bed to change.
She rolled her eyes. "No you're not."
“No,” he agreed. “But do you feel better?”
She stretched her arms. "Nope."
He sighed, slipping on his shirt. “Sorry to disappoint.”
She chuckled. "Only teasing."
“Uh huh. Sure, Av.”
She sighed dramatically. "Seriously!"
“I don’t believe you.”
"That is mean."
“Hm. Perhaps there’s a reason I don’t believe you.”
"Is there? Well, I'm sorry I'm not trustworthy."
“You are! Just not when it comes to teasing me.”
"Well, that's mean," she said playfully, standing up. "I'm going to go do my work."
He smirked. “I’m your work.”
She grinned mischeviously. "I already did that."
“And it worked terribly well.”
She shot him a grin, flipping back her hair teasingly. "I knew what I was doing."
He rolled his eyes, kissing her cheek. “Evidently.”
She turned her head to intercept his kiss, a smirk on her face.
