He shook his head. "I'm too broken."
She sighed, going to him. "I love you."
He frowned, pulling away from her. "Could have fooled me."
She cocked her head sadly, her eyes melancholy. "Oh.."
He sighed, standing up. "You obviously don't love me."
"Are you gonna leave me?"
"Me? Never. Are you leaving me?"
"No.." She looked up at him. "It looks like you're leaving me."
"I would never leave my sick partner. You can't fend for yourself."
"Then hold me.."
He squinted at her before sighing and flopping back on the bed next to her, opening his arms.
She gladly went to him. "I love you."
"Mmph. I love you too."
She buried her face in his neck. "Seriously. I really, really adore you."
He flushed, wrapping his arms around her. "Even if you're mad at me?"
"I'm not really mad at you."
"You sounded mad."
"I'm not mad," she promised, kissing his jaw. "No worries."
"Excuse you, but do you know who you're talking to? All I do is worry."
"You don't have to. I'm not angry."
