"Avice Jr.?" he suggested with a smirk.
She squinted at him. "Jack Jr.?"
"Jack isn't even my real name, though. So that doesn't really work."
"Well.." She crossed her arms stubbornly. "Then Avice isn't my real name either."
"But, see, here's the problem. Avice actually is your real name."
She crossed her arms. "No.."
"It is. My real name isn't Jack, so it doesn't work."
She crossed her arms. "It's real enough."
"You could call him Tuck Jr.. But Jack Jr. wouldn't be truthful."
But what if it's a girl? I don't like Avice Jr.."
He pursed his lips. "Hm. Bert?"
She frowned, raising an eyebrow. "What?"
He kept a straight face. "Bert. For a girl."
He tone almost became scolding, and disappointed. "Jack..."
“You don’t like Bert?” he asked, plainly hurt.
She watched him, looking mostly disappointed with his naming abilities, but said nothing.
He was quiet for a moment before giving her a smile. "I'm kidding, Av."
She squinted. "I hate you."
"We're having a baby, though?"
"You have bad naming skills."
