She laughed. "Probably."
“Too bad I can’t bring it to life.”
"You probably could."
“Nah. I don’t have the energy for it.
"Not yet."
“I’ll just stay as I am for now.”
"Except.. get better?'
“Hmm. I’ll do my best.”
She nodded slowly. "Thank you."
He kissed her forehead as Aubrey doed off.
Avice sighed. "She was really worried about you."
“Was she? She’s not supposed to worry.”
"I think she was."
“What makes you say that?”
"She cried when you were asleep. She kept saying your name."
"Jack 'Danger' Curnow?"
"Hmph."
"Can't believe she said my full name."
"She said Da."
