"I will. I'm very scary. Especially when I'm angry."
"Why are you angry?"
"I'm not, but I can be scary."
"Not to me."
“Oh, I disagree.”
"You can bet and disagree all you want, but you're not scary at all."
“Have I never scared you?
"Not that I can recall. Maybe when we first met."
“I was fairly scary,” he agreed, nodding slowly.
"Until I realized how nervous you got around me."
“I did not!”
"Wanna bet?"
He hesitated before shaking his head, kissing Aubrey's cheek. "No. I'm not a betting man."
"Because you're wrong."
"No. I just don't like to bet."
"Would you bet that I'm scared of Natalia?"
