Avice huffed, looking upset for a moment before wiping off Aubrey's hands and picking her up. "Come on, now. Enough of that.."
"It's not fair," she muttered. Obviously something was bothering her. "I just complain and complain, and the smallest things bother me."
He frowned, looking down at the wailing Aubrey before looking up at Avice again, obviously uncertain who to focus on first. He picked up Aubrey who buried her face in his shoulder, muffling her screams slightly. "Av, what are you talking about?"
She noticed, but was pacing slightly. "It- It doesn't matter. You should just take care of her. Just her."
He looked conflicted, looking down at Aubrey before groaning slightly. "Wait... wait here, okay? We'll talk. I'm just going to go put her away."
