Chrysalis happily took it and she looks at it. She was in shock at some of the hardships that Twilight and her friends went through. No all were grand, save the world type adventures but each one meant something to them in some way. Each one was a learning experience. Chrysalis then knew at the moment that Twilight has gotten to where she was because of the strength she found in her friends and the strength to over come her obstructions and obsticals. When she came across the one written for the Wedding indecent, her blood ran cold. She remembers that day still. While she nearly had control... she still failed. It made her remember the one pony that still will most likely hate her guts, even with this change. She moves on to the next pages to try to avoid getting to emotional about it. Once she was done, she respectfully put it down and it made her feel bad that she ended up being so cruel to them. Chrysalis couldn't help it. She teared up a bit. She contributed to their pain but also helped them become stronger. She was not sure if she should cry out of happiness... or sadness.
Twilight took the book and let it beside her before noticing the tears in her face. She walked towards her and wraped her with her wing to calm her down.
Chrysalis hugs Twilight and she let's her warm take her. She was lost in her emotions right now. A mixture of happiness and regret. She was taking her first steps after all toward being a better pony.
Chrysalis took another deep breath and tries to regain herself. She was getting really emotional. She was happy that she could get Twilight's trust somewhat. She's not going to push it though. Till she knew Twilight full trusts her, then maybe she could have a chance to head home.
"Alright. What do you thought about the book I just showed you?" She then asked as she sat back in where she was a moment ago.
Chrysalis sighs. "I guess it was something that was like a brick wall to the face. Just knowing what you and your friends went through, I makes me now wonder if what I did at the wedding was really worth all the distain and scorn I'd face. Just reading through that part again... it made it more obvious how horrible I've been to ponies. I feel like I would like to change that about myself..." Chrysalis says giving her honest answer.
Twilight nodded after she said that and wrote it down. Wow, what an improvement on the first day, but she needed to go. It had been a while since she arrived and they started. "I think it is enough for today." She said as she stood up. "I will come back tomorrow to carry on what we saw today." She added.
Chrysalis nods and give Twilight a nuzzle before letting her be on her way. She wanted to give a bit of affection back and she was happy to see Twilight help her through this. Chrysalis then wonder what Lullaby is doing.
Twilight blushed again at the nuzzle, but allowed her to. After a moment she left the castle. Lullaby was taken back to her rom.
Chrysalis looks to what time it was and she sighs somberly. It's pretty late into the day. Maybe she could try and get in some time before Lullaby sleeps. Tough she was a bit tired her self from her emotional display today. She heads on over to her room and wonders what would be in store the next day.
When she arrived to her room, the changeling greeted her. "Good night my queen, how did your day was?" he asked politely. He either was just being nice or he was trained to do all this, it was hard to tell. "Oh, and Princess Lullaby wants to come in a moment. Do I tell her it is alright?" He then asked.
Chrysalis smiles some. "It's fine. I'd like a little company." She says in a soft and tired tone. She lays on her bed and thinks about today. It was fun and she got to show Twilight how much she has changed.
The chamgeling nodded and went with a guard. After a few minutes, Lullaby walked in. She looked a bit tired but happy, and she was ccarring a plushie of a spider in one hoof, which was adorable also. "Hewwo..." she said smiling.
Chrysalis smiles and she gave the sleepy Lullaby a hug. "Hi little one. I know your sleepy but I wanted to snuggle with you a bit. Twilight was just helping out Aunt Chrysi before so she can get better." She says with a soft smile.
Lullaby smiled and nodded, then hugged her and snuggled her happily, her face against her as she flapped her little wings a bit.
Chrysalis giggled some and smiled. She was happy to at least have a little time with her before they both slept. She buzzes softly and giggles more.
Chrysalis did a scrunchy face again, a little surprised that the plushie booped her. She smiles seeing Lullaby happy and she giggles.
Lullaby giggled. "Silly face!" She said giggling and clapping her hooves before hugging Chrysalis again in her neck.
