Chrysalis felt her heart jump a beat for a moment as Darky hugged her. She embraces him and hugs him close. She was so happy that they were there for her. She would of probably gone insane alone. "T-Thank you. This means a lot. I-I think it's time pretty soon that I return to my Changelings. Not now of course but when the new day begins. Celestia will not need to worry herself with my children much longer, though it was nice of her to at least try taking care of them. Especially after the harm they have caused at my hoof..." Chrysalis says, owning up to her mistakes. "With time, maybe we can find some common ground where Changelings and ponies can stand together without conflict. But first before I do go back in the new day... I will want to speak with Twilight. And before anypony says anything... I know it'll be hard to convince her of my change. I'll just need to somehow show her that I am done following the dark path."
Darky kept stroking her mane gently. "I'll speak t Celestia so she can come here and then you can prove yourself to her." Darky said. Luna sat beside Chrysalis, gently patting her back. "Everything will be fine."
Chrysalis then gathers herself. "Do hope so. While I know Celestia was willing to give me this chance. I fear Twilight will not be as open hooved. She did show a rather large amount of aggression when I fought her, Shining and Cadence. I don't expect any of them to forgive me for my past faults, but I'd like to show that I've changed since then. It's up to them from that point onward if they will try to trust me or not.
"I can help you with Twilight and her friends, I know them and they trust me also." Darky said. "But I don't know about Shining and Cadence..." he said a bit disappointing about that. "But we will figure out something."
Chrysalis then shakes her head. "Shining and Cadence, don't need to trust me. I'm not going to force them to. I know Cadence hates my guts more for the Wedding Indecent. She'll be taking it more personally. Maybe with time, they will come around too. But till then, I'll let them enjoy their happy lives." She says, letting what be, be. She then looks to the thought of convincing Twilight. "If Twilight will be anything like her brother, I know it'll take some doing to have her trust me... even it has to be over time. So be it."
"I'm sure they will understand someday." Darky said. "And Twilight might be willing to forgive you easier that Shining and Candence, but it still won't be that easy."
Chrysalis nods and nuzzles Darky. "I still am happy that you and Luna are friends with me. It helps a lot. I think I would of gone insane on my own dealing with this." She admits, feeling much better.
"That's why we are here." Luna said smiling to her. Darky nodded. "Yes, we would never let you get trough all this alone, just seeing how hard it is for you anypony can understand why."
Chrysalis buzzes happily, feeling the warmth of friendship fill her. She felt stronger, the love she felt was voluntary love. Something stronger than what was forced. She felt like she could take down an Emipe again. But her own heart would refuse her doing that this time. Besides, she feels much better being friendly then fighting.
Darky smiled after hearing her buzzing like that. It was just cute and it gave away that she was happy. Darky kept hugging her, and Luna also hug her. Luna could say now that Chrysalis was her friend now, even after what she did to her, she had let that in the past, also, as long as Darky trusted her, she would also do it.
Chrysalis teared up some and a tear drop rolls down her cheek. She could be allowed a chance at happiness along side ponies. It was so nice to feel their love. Her hive will not need to starve. Her own heart will not need to ache, yet she'll still need to seek a mate to fill her heart's void. Now with the change of a leaf, the new gift to the world will be received.
Darky stroked her mane as her tears rolled down her face. She knew she felt happy with them, and was willing to still made her happy all he could until she had a pony for herself. Luna let her go after a moment.
Chrysalis sighs and she let's go. Her own minds was made up. Once the sun rises, she'll go see Twilight. Express her apologies, and head off with her changelings back to her hive home. She needed to be sure that she could allow herself to change, and show it to others that meet her. Darky and Luna could already see it. Celestia is aware of it. Now Twilight will also know of her change.
"Now, you should go to get some rest for tomorrow." Darky said. "I'll go and talk with sister to ask Twilight to come tomorrow." Luna said.
Chrysalis nods and she yawns some. "Alright. I'll go get some sleep." She gets up and heads back to the guest room. Her own grogginess was apparent now. She opens the door and heads to bed. Her eyes get heavy as she lays and sleeps in bed. She soon passes out. The new day ahead looked forward to.
Luna went with Celestia to talk about what she had planned. Darky left to d Luna's night duties. After a while, Celestia send a letter to Twilight to come tomorrow. Luna then went back to do her usual night duties.
Chrysalis woke up as the sun rises, her own mind slowly waking up too. She prays that the day ahead will be made of new beginnings. She slowly got up and she nearly fell over as she got on her hooves. She then shakes the last of the grogginess form her eyes and mind. She opens her door and heads out to walk the Castle till Celestia and Twilight were ready for her. The sun was rather bright today, bright enough to blind somepony.
Celestia was walking around the garden, waiting for Twilight to arrive. Luna and Darky had gone to bed early so the could also be there to help Chrysalis when Twilight and her friends arrived.
Chrysalis heads on out into the gardens and sees Celestia waiting. She was most likely waiting for Twilight. "Greetings, Princess Celestia." Chrysalis says, then does a bow before coming closer. "Waiting for Twilight I assume?" She asks curiously.
Celestia looked at her as she bowed. "I never expected the day you would bow before me." She smiled, almost giggling a little. "Looks like I was wrong. yes, I'm waiting for her. She should arrive soon with her friends." Celestia said looking to a side.
