She has graduated, but Celestia asked her to write back to her about friendship. Not magic. Twilight showed a lot of potential as a filly, and she still remains the best magic student that Celestia's ever had. When it comes to learning about friendship however, that's just more of a task from a mentor.

Not sure about their ages as a whole, but I'm pretty sure Fluttershy is the oldest of all of them, considering she is a lot more danglier than the other fillies. She also comments that she is "a year older than you" to Pinkie Pie.
Let's see, the twins were just born and they can already run around and talk... and considering the average horses's life span... then again technically some ponies like Twilight Sparkle were around in the 80's... but Celestia wasn't... except she's supposed to be over a thousand at least since that's when she sealed up her sister and Discord... carry the one... They're all over 18.
Here are my guesses Pinkie Pie: 18 Rainbow Dash: 19 Fluttershy: 19 Twilight Sparkle: 20 Apple Jack and Rarity seem to be in their early to mid 20's . I always imagine both of them are between the ages of 22-26
Well, yeah. They'd have to be old enough to live on their own, have jobs etc. and still young enough to learn life lessons and be adorable, so late teens or early twenties seems to fit just fine. I never gave much thought to the individual ages though.

Fluttershy looked the oldest when they were telling how they got their cutie marks. She looks more like an adolescent than a child (Unlike the rest of them.), hence why I think Fluttershy is the oldest of the Mane 6.
Well Pinkie Pie doesn't really live on her own. I mean think about it she lives with Mr. and Mrs. Cake in Ponyville now that I think about it. Maybe she's more like 17. When you really think about it she is the only one in Ponyville who doesn't technically have her own place. She lives in Sugarcube Corners.
speaking of Celestia and Luna: It must be psyhicly very hard life for them, because from generation to generations they meet new ponies who they get close with, and eventually always lose ones that they care about because they always outlive them. It's really sad. one of reason why immoratlity wouldn't be good.
Well, legal age here is 15, and I think we could all agree they are older than that. We do see to assume they age as humans does though, which may not be the case. Maybe they mature much quicker, maybe they are extremly long lived, with lifespans well over 300 years. ..
Didn't Mrs. Faust say the Mane six were the mental equivalent to human Teenagers. I mean seems to me they are like this Mane six mentally between 16-18 Spike mentally between 12-14 CMC mentally between 8-10. As for actual ages, well like most cartoons they are ambiguous for a reason, its a magical land of candy colored cartoon ponies, no need to put an age on em, lol.
^This I agree with. I think Mrs.Faust said somewhere that they were supposed to have the maturity of 12-year olds...or teens. Don't rightly remember ^^'
