I hear that! I hate it when I have to wake up early. For me, mornings are meant for sleep, or ponies, whichever, maybe both if I'm dreaming of them. I sometimes make jokes when I see a sunrise like, "What's this?! I don't think I've ever seen the sun in that part of the sky before. You mean it normally does that?!"

Honestly, there are two times of day I like. Midnight and Sunrise.

The problem is I sleep throught the latter. Unless I don't sleep. But been there done that.

And i'm going to a place where I have total privacy for when I sleep, so I plan to sleep during never. Untill I start seeing things that is.

I have no Ponsomnia, but I do have a Photoshosomnia, for I spend my time from midnight to 10 am in the morning in front of the PC working on stuff, mainly cards nowadays. I just love Photoshop.

Anyways, I love it when I get up early in the morning, but hate the process of getting up as in a whole. I sleep about 3 hours a day, that's my average, And damn it, I want to wake up in 8 am so i can finally break my night-awake-whateverness and lead a normal life. I swapped night for day, which is a bad thing. But God, I love the night and it's silence. When I grow up, I'll go out of town to a more peaceful place to live.

Ponsomnia tends to be awesome until it screws up with the next day - but I think Everypony has helped me actually learn how to wake up. Because I always have to check it and have an hour to go on chat... otherwise I'm jittery and hyper all day, waiting to "see" all my bronies and listen to the awesome pony music on the radio! Though lately I've been extremely tired for no reason, which kinda worries me :\ because I'm almost always tired... probably dehydration... <.< my theory: DRINK MOUNTAIN DEW AND MAKE IT WORSE. *facehoof*

oh yea and I'm DJ Always Getting Sidetracked [<-- probably not accurate but you get the point].

Dang, I looked at myself in the mirror and I look drugged up! I spend all morning on the radio and all night on the forums. If any of you have anything to talk about, it's a guarantee that I'll respond quickly. Just keep in mind what you're doing to be....*yawn*....tired love all around.

I guess I have some ponsomnia, I can't sleep unless I'm listening to MLP music such as Voodoo Pony or Alex S.

The thing about sleep for me is, it seems like a waste of time. I could be doing so much more if I didn't need to rest my brain every 18 - 20 hours or so. And, no, caffeine just doesn't do it for me anymore - even energy drinks don't energize me. Ah, well, I'm needing less and less sleep - maybe in another twenty years, I'll be down to three hours a night.

I suggest Tea as your drink, good sir!

It both revitalizes, and contains more caffeine than Coffee. Or w/e it does.

All I know is that coffee makes me sleep and tea does not. *puts down Tophat*

Hmm, tea, you say? Well, let's take a peek in my cupboard, shall we? Ah, I have some Bengal Spice, so Jasmine, Chai Spice, Vanilla Chai (mmm!), Green tea, Green tea with honey, Green tea with mixed berry (another mmm!), Earl Grey (how does Picard drink so much of that stuff?), and some Mint tea. Oh, and a box of basic Lipton tea - I'm not a tea snob, after all.

Thank you for the advice, DanSze. I shall drink more tea, watch more ponies, and hail more Fluttershy's.

    Er, wait a minute . . .

I agree with tea, but one of the reasons is because I hate coffee. I've never acquired a taste for it. I just drink regular Tetley classic black tea with 4 teaspoons of sugar (yeah, I know, that's a lot, but I like it very sweet) and a little bit of milk. Three cups of that and I'm WIDE awake! O_O

I usually stay away from energy drinks, because of the inevitable crash after they wear off. They do work for me for a few hours though. The only energy drinks I like are Amp energy drinks. I've also tried 5 hour energy shots. For me, they actually did as advertised, surprisingly. I didn't get jittery and I didn't crash afterwards. However, my favorite source of energy is Mountain Dew Voltage. It's not an energy drink, but it has ginseng in it for an extra kick.

Now, I don't want to leave anypony with the wrong impression. I don't drink these all the time, except for the tea. As for the soda, 0 to 2 times a day, but then the rest of the time it's either milk, juice, or water. I haven't had an energy drink or energy shot in months.

I don't suffer from any insomnia, but I have stayed up into the early hours of the morning (4-6am) some nights to watch as many episodes of FiM as I can, or to draw some related things on Paint SAI. I've spent quite a few nights on here too with Luprony.

I'm glad it's a hobby for me, and not a COMPLETE addiction.

Not to mention the random trek around Cardiff we had at 12:30 in the morning, ending with breakfast at McDonalds and getting home at about 6:15.

We should so do it again.
