Heart Star was laying on the grass, tapping a block of wood with her hoof, when she suddenly got an idea. "Hey, we can make these into planks and sticks with a little work, right?"
"Okay!" I'll go and see if I can find anything worth growing." She turned as if to gallop, then stopped. "While I'm gone, wanna see if your magic can help us out?" Heart pursed her lips, rubbing a hoof over her own mysteriously tingling heart. "I um...I'm not sure I know how to do that kinda construction stuff, ya know?" Ending with an awkward laugh, she was off, galloping away trying to hide the embarrassment on her face. Gah, you almost blew it this time! She scolded herself.
"Gotcha! And if ya got troubles, get me!", wings calls after her, then sits a while trying spells, then eventually turns a log into 4 planks,"haha! Ah got it!"
Finding herself at the other side of the forest clearing, she turns back, seeing Gem and Wings as blue and green dots on the horizon. Smiling, Heart tried to forget the odd feeling, and looked curiously at the two sided flowers and pieces of grass. Hm...where do seeds come from around here? She wondered, punching a piece of long grass with her hoof. By chance it broke apart to drop a group of small, floating seeds. Heart stepped closer and they flew to her, like a magnet. "Oooh!"
Wings started making more planks and building a shelter with a door & grass on the bottom, nothing inside
Heart punched grass contentedly until she had 16 seeds. She noticed an inlet nearby, with banks of sand. On the banks, odd looking green stalks grew. She punched the bottom of one, gathered it up, and looked closely. "Ah, sugar cane!" This could help later." She gathered up 9 sugar canes and headed back through the forest to her friends.
"Sure, let's figure it out." Heart cantered over, starting to feel her own heart beat a little faster. "I'm just amazed that you were able to build this nice house for all of us." She smiled, taking some planks and arranging them in different patterns. After about a minute, she gave up, standing over them, her head hung. "Ugh..."
Wings smiles,"let me give it a go…", he says, trying some patens & getting a crafting bench, & raising an eyebrow,"maybe this could be of assistance…", he says placing it down,"miss heart why don't ya try again…"
Gem stood to the side, lost in thought and inching to discover more to this world. Her camera hung around her neck as she stared amazingly at the view before. She sat on an edge of a cliff and the sun was beginning to set. She fluttered up and rested on a top of a tree getting a better view of everything. "Umm.. I don't think we're alone here.." she called down as she spotted a skeleton with a bow walking around a few yards away.
"Heart, ya should stay here, ah'll check it…", wings says, leaving that building,"where?", he called to gem, readying to attack
"Alright, be safe guys!" It'll get dark soon!" Heart called after them. "And I'll try to make a door." She mumbled to herself. He called me 'miss heart'... She started a conversation in her head. Oh, come on. Are you serious? What is this, a crush? "I...I don't know, I feel drawn to him, mysteriously." Why don't you give Gem a chance? "Yeah, I guess you're right."
Wings smiled as he felt more love from heart, then was shot my an arrow, then charged & punched the skeleton, getting shot again & punching the skeleton to death, getting 2 bones & an arrow
"Hm...if four blocks made a crafting table, what if I add two more on the bottom?" Heart did just that, and the pieces suddenly melded together before her into a wooden door, complete with a knob and hinges. "Wow, sweet!" She lifted the door by the end and propped it up near the makeshift entrance. It seemed to know its place, and fastened right in. "Well, that was easier than I thought." Heart sat down inside the house, hooves crossed, looking at her work satisfactorily. I hope they come home soon...I hope they're alright. I'll try to talk to Gem tomorrow, she is my friend, after all.
Wings came back, two arrows sticking out of him, then went through the door,"ah s-see ya got the door…", he says, the arrows not yet disappearing
"ah was shot by an odd shaped sleleton with a bow…", wings groan,"ah might need help feelin' better, but ah should be good for the most part…", trying to pull one of the arrows out & wincing
"No, no, you could make it worse trying to pull them out." Heart put a gentle hoof on his front hock. "I can offer my comfort, but I haven't found any sheep yet to make wool out of yet, for bandages." She had a pitiful look on her face, thinking for a moment. "Do you...know any healing spells?"
