Applejack in itself is a type of alcoholic beverage produced from apples, and that character was created all the way back in Gen 1. I guess Hasbro's been at this longer than we thought. XD Also, a pony playing tennis in one episode (I believe it's one that features the CMC) bears a striking resemblance to a young Andre Agassi.
