"Thank you. Well, see ya." He said smiling to her as he started to walk away

 

"Later." Emerald said.

 

Lightning went back to the castle. He had to be prepeared for tomorrow.

 

Sapphire was carrying the shiny gem to her home. "Lightning will love this." She said.

 

By that time both Luna and Darky had already got up.
"Why are you so exited?" Darky asked Lightning as soon as he saw him.
"I'll tell you later." Lightning replied smiling

 

"You'll never guess what I found at the mine today!" Sapphire said. "What is it?" Emerald asked.

 

Lightning went to his room looking quite happy.

 

"This shiny gem!" Sapphire said. "Wow!" Emerald said. "It's beautiful!"

 

Darky and Luna went with Lightning. "I think I know what it is." He said
Lightning just smiled to him.

 

"Oh, I almost forgot to give this to you." Emerald said. "It's from Lightning."

 

"You are going out on a date with her?" Luna sked hin
Lightning nodded smiling

 

Sapphire looked at the note. "He wants to go on a date with me?" She asked. "Pretty much."" Emerald said.

 

"I just hope she accepts." Lightning said
"I'm sures he will." Luna replied

 

"I would love to!" Sapphire said with joy. "That's fantastic!" Emerald said.

 

"Now, we have marers to attend." Luna said as she exited with Darky.
"See ya." Lightning said to them

 

Sapphire was still very happy about this.

 

After a while Luna brought up the moon.
Lightning went to bed. He just couldn't hold the exitement.

 

Sapphire finally calmed herself and went to bed.

 

Lightning fall asleep, dreaming with Sapphire and smiling.

 

Sapphire was dreaming of Lightning.
