"i bought the ingredients for the cake." he said as soon as she finished. "Let's go and make it"

 

"We better make it quick." Sapphire said. "They could be here any minute."

 

Lightning nodded and lead her to the kitchen with the bags. "Alright, let's get started."

Lightning took out everything from the bags and put them on the table. "Alright..." he said looking at all the stuff he bought.

 

Sapphire helped Lightning set up the cake.

 

Lightning put took the ingredients and started making the cake. At some point he hugged Sapphire from her back and kissed her cheek as he prepared the cake with his magic

 

Sapphire blushed. She was still happy that things were back to normal.

 

Lightning smiled when he saw her blushing. "You look really cute when you blush." He said kissing her cheek again, still hugging her. He turned to the cake and continued making.

 

"I know I do." Sapphire replied, blushing even more.

 

"You are just so cute." He said smiling leaving the cake and focusing on her, looking at her eyes.

 

"You should continue making the cake now." Sapphire said.

 

"Oh, yeah. Sorry, is just that you are so beautiful." He said blushing slightly as he went back to the cake.

 

"I was born this way." Sapphire replied. "I supposed to be beautiful."

 

"And I'm so happy for being with you." Lightning replied as the cake was almost finished.

 

"So so I." Sapphire replied.

 

Lightning smiled and gave her a snall kiss in her lips.
After a moment the cake was ready. It looked quite good. "Well, all those cooking clases mom gave me finally worked for something really good." He said smiling looking at his creation.

 

"Indeed it does." He said smiling. "Now, where do we put it?" He asked her.
