Hmm...in you Everypony News #1 it said to PM Oatmeal for anyone interested in becoming a Fiction Mod. However, on this thread it says to NOT send any staff PMs for applications and just post here. I am a confused brony, so I'll just say that I'd like to become to submit an application to become a fiction mod, seeing as I love reading stories....sooo yeah, still a bit confused on what to do......

 

Considering this was posted before that, I would go with the pm.

I believe it said to PM Grey Nightmare about the position of fiction mod. Oatmeal is to be PMed about the position of RP Chat mod. At least, that's how I read the news article.

I would like to apply to become a DJ, I am on frequently, I would have E-mailed about this but it wouldn't let me for some reason, the only thing is is that I am going into 8th grade in about a month...but I will (definatly) still be on here a lot still! ^_^

I've been on the radio for about two weeks and love it..I don't think I'll ever leave! XD

 

While I would love to be a DJ, I am not much of a forum troller for much of anything. That said, if that is not much of a reason, feel free to throw me on the list. I should have plenty of time to dedicate up until September when school starts, then plenty on weekends. Keep me in mind if you need anything after the New Year especially.

 

I would like to become a DJ. I'm always listening to the radio here, I have plenty of free time. I have a love for music and ponies. And I'm always open to requests as long as I know the song title.

 

DJ Application

I'm never on the forums, I'll start checking more often, but (I'm always checking the forums now.) I'm always listening to the radio. I have no life at all so all week from 1:00 pm till 3:00 am I'm on my computer and it will stay like this till August 29 when I go to college but even then I'll still have some free time.

Since I only have three classes, two of which are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I have a whole lot more free time than I thought I would have. I'm always lurking in RP and EPR chat and I'm a night person so I'm on very late... Sleep? Psh, who can sleep when there are ponies to look at?

 

^ Sounds awesome for me, and God damn it, He's from Florida... That alone makes him deserve this spot, I guess. Guess you should be a bit more active on the forums as well.

 

Hi! Figure I may as well put in an application here! I'm on pretty much all the time, actively participating in chat, and my schedule will continue like that until just after New Years Day, after which I will still be on a lot, but just not quite as much. I'm always hunting for new good pony videos for this radio, but I'd rather just be able to upload them myself. Always being on I'd be able to take some of the weight from other DJs and keep the peace. I live in Pennsylvania, so my timezone is -5 GMT and I'm on from 10 AM until 5 AM. Thanks for the consideration!

Tell you what, Grey, you're going to have quite a few people to sift through if you ever decide to choose another DJ.

 

Note: DJ duties include but are not limited to the following
Actively and frequently hosting on the station/taking requests etc. - Im on the chat a lot and this will probably not be a problem at all.
Dealing with questions, concerns etc from viewers. - I know a lot. I smart.
Contacting artists and uploading new material. - Wont be hard to do.
Keeping the 'peace' - Kick spammers, warn against foul language etc. - Trying to do that already by just warning.
Thinking of, helping develop and acquire resources for future advancements. - Doing that already.

And i have experience with audio and remixing.
I go under the name Rainbow Dash on the radio.

There is one Rainbow Dash that came before you Vinylex, I'm not sure if he still goes on the LS Chat. The only reason I haven't taken Rainbow Dash when it's open is because then people will be confused.

Your going to get so many applications by the time you have time to sort through all of them.

Anyways, what is this Tapatalk I've been seeing from you Grey?

 

I hope Grey doesn't mind me answering this question. It's an app that you can download onto your smartphone to make posts onto the forum. In Grey's case, he's using Tapatalk for Android. Whenever I visit the forums with my iPhone, I get a message that says, "This forum has an app for iPhone and iPod Touch! Click OK to learn more about Tapatalk." When I click "OK" it directs me to the App Store to download the Tapatalk Forum App. I guess you can think of it as Everypony Mobile.
