Rashall falls to sleep rather quickly, though he can still hear the soft crackle of the fire outside.
Uniqua stays outside for about another hour, waiting for the fire to die down. She then goes into the tent and curls up, holding her scarf.
Rashall got up at midnight, somepony was outside waiting for him. He got up and went outside of the tent a pony in a cloak almost akin to Rashall's steps out of the shadows and bows before straghtining. "Rhinestar what do you have to tell me?" Asks Rashall using the pathfinders name. "The others want to know what you're doing returning home so early," says Rhinestar bluntly. "I'm bringing a friend with me, she wants to see the Shadowed Forest tell the others that if you wish," says Rashall Rhinestar simply nods and then leaves once more. Rashall stays outside for a minute longer and then heads back inside, he sits down in the small common room and starts to sing softly of the days of old for no reason but his own.
Rashall finishes his little song and notices that wisps have started to come into the tent, the little tree spirits move about waiting to hear the full version of the ancient song in the old tounge Rashall happily welcomes them and starts to sing again this time in a more moderate tone.
Uniqua stirs noiselessly. She heard a voice singing, but was too tired to find the source. She hugs her scarf closer to her, chilled slightly.
Rashall finishes the song for the second time and the wisps leave at their own pace. He then goes in and see's Uniqua still in bed going up to her he pust drapes his cloak over her to protect her from the coming frost near morning then he walk back to his own bed and goes to sleep.
Uniqua feels slightly warmer as she rolls over. She rubbed her eyes, and cracked them open to look around. Growing bored of that, she closed them again and went back to sleep.
Rashall awoke again but seven hours later, a light layer of frost covered him but broke and fell off as soon as he moved. He quickly started up another fire and then joged around the small hill three times to get his body temp up, after which he set about to cooking breakfast.
Uniqua smelled a smoke outside the tent. She slowly sat up and rubbed her eyes. She put her scarf around her and stuck her head out of the tent to see how cold it was.
Rashall sets a cup of hot chocolate in front of her before getting her some eggs and toast. "Here you go," says Rashall grabbing himself a plate.
"Thanks, but.." Uniqua says looking into her cup. "Any coffee? I mean, this is fine, but I can have a hard time waking up."
"Sorry no coffee I can get you a sweetcake though those normally wake anypony up when fresh," says Rashall.
"No, it's fine. I've been trying to get up without coffee for a while. Every now and then I crave it." She says, sipping her hot chocolate.
Rashall continues eating his eggs before saying, "We'll leave from here we should get to New Hallafax by about mid day, my house isn't far from there."
"Okay." says Uniqua, drinking more of her hot chocolate before looking at her breakfast. "I'm not really hungry, just very thirsty. You can have my breakfast, if you want it."
"Thanks," says Rashall eating the food quickly, "Don't worry about the tent Anubis will get it, even though I told him I would."
