"I will come and it sounds like a good idea but should we wait for Clef or just go and also will we split up or go in a group?" Drexler asked while putting his hood on and taking out his dagger.
Faerie Fox paws at the ground. "I think I've found a trail headed north. Drexler, tell Clef to hurry up! We need to start on this trail before the rain completely rashes it away."
Clef staggered to the barn breathing heavily "guys I brought the food," he said, "hurry these are really heavy," he said.
"Found him" he shouted at Faerie and grabed the plate with the apples on it and ate it as quickly as possible. "Ok my breakfast is finished so let's go" he said not waiting for the rest of the group. "For Gold!" He shouted.
Faerie Fox trots into the woods with the other ponies. "Kidd, fly ahead and keep an eye in front of us for danger. I'll stay down here and track him down." The rain begins to calm to a drizzle. After a while Faerie Fox stops at the base of a large tree. "This is where the trail ends... There's no sign of anypony here. What do we do, Tempest?"
"Yes what do we do Tempest?" says a familiar voice from above you, it's Rashall and he is smiling broadly.
"Hey Rashall!" he said, "nice to see you want some leftovers from our breakfast?". He trotted over to the tree but was still very tired from lugging all the food from the inn to the barn.
Kidd flies back to the group. "You know, Faerie... In hindsight... It probably wasn't a good idea trying to track a pegasus from the ground..." Kidd chuckles, and looks to Rashall. "But we still found him."
"The trail is clear for about six miles until we turn north. Go and grab your gear from the barn and meet me back here." says Rashall. (this is where you name off what equipment you are carrying with you.)
Kidd melts into a shadow. He reapears with a small bag of equipment on his back. Inside is a set of the dagger-like blades that he snaps onto his front legs. He has a small set of light, plate armor that protects his wings, chest, and skull. The final item is a blindfold.
"I already have my stuff," he says patting as his bag. Inside was his violin is side his case, a stand, 30 sheets a different music variations, and some emergency rations. "Dont worry about self defense I got it covered with my powers? he grinned.
Drexler put his hood on and dissappeared to the barn. He reappeared with a leather bag filled with Flash bombs, Poison Darts, a blow dart tube, his dagger, and a mask that covered his mouth and nose. "Im all set" he said smiling
Faerie Fox pulls on four leather leg straps and a leather face saver. She sheaths a small brass dagger on either side of her leg inside of her back leg straps. "I'm ready," she said, smiling.
"Alright lets go, AuSirith and Willow Wisp will meet us at the first camp site down the way." says Rashall, you all start off on your adventure wondering what will happen. After several miles, two to be correct, you all notice that the sky is starting to turn dark far earlier than normal, what do you do?
Clef looks at the sky longer "um guys it is either that we have been walking longer than we expected or," he pauses, " the princess's magic just failed on us,". He looks at the sky with a horrified face now darkness is going to consume the sky.
Kidd looked at the darkening sky with mixed feelings. "Ok guys, Pros and Cons time. Cons of this situation are; possible eternal darkness, cold, and possible death, etc. Pros; I like darkness. Darkness means shadows...- Forget I said that, lets hurry on, we're losing time."
"No we just reached the half way mark, we will camp here tonight. Follow me and you all will see that Tempest and AuSirith are nearby." says Rashall, he walks off of the path and into the woods. As you head a little deeper into the woods you notice that the dragon known as AuSirith and Tempest are at a campsite there are two tents and a canvas stretched to protect the dragon from the wind and oncoming rain. "There you are, I do believe you all noticed the clouds. Come and warm and yourselves up by the fire and get something to eat and drink and then off to bed. As Rashall would agree we must go early tomorrow." says AuSirith speaking for the first time that you all know of.
