I'll submit an application as well. I'd be fine with either the RP Chat or the RP Forum, but would prefer the RP Forum. I've been a member here at Everypony for almost a year now (1 month and 2 days will mark the exact one year anniversary). I used to frequent the old RP Chat before it got taken down regularly, and have gone into the new one a few times. Sadly, each time there hasn't been any activity. I maintain a level head when making decisions and understand the importance of keeping the peace in the Chat. I am aware of the rules, including keeping mature RP's out of the Chat. Being a warm and friendly individual, I won't be that cantankerous mod you sometimes see on other forums who chases away newcomers, so I feel I can keep the Chat an open and welcome place. As for the RP Forums, I've been spending a chunk of my time there lately. It's amazing seeing some of the creative ideas others come up with, so I would really love to help keep this section of the Network alive. I have been on several forums in the past that were primarily designed for just RPing, so I have experience with RP Forum etiquette. I also know both the rules of the forums and the RP Forums here on the Network. I like to look through RP's I'm not a part of for fun, so I can easily check to see if an RP is staying on topic and that the GM is ensuring the RP doesn't get out of line. I would make sure that the users understand the appropriate areas for OOC and IC chatter. One of the RP's I'm in I have been wanting to point this out, which I'm going to do after making this post. With my experience in both forum based RP's (9 years) and tabletop RP's (7 years), I believe I can provide some advice for RPers. I feel that I will be able to effectively stimulate RPers if an RP suddenly goes silent. I've done this for at least one RP I was in. No one had posted there for a while, so I decided I'd take the initiative to try and revive it by making a post to continue the story along. Since then, we've filled a couple more pages and the RP is now still going. My time zone is GMT-7, and I can be reached through Skype. ok my name is Dj.RBD and the reason i would like to do this is because im a fan of mlp and warriors. I would like to put myself here for current or future considderation as a Forum RP Moderator. I've been a part of the role-playing portion of this community for some time now and have come to understand the mannerisms and methods of role-play as a whole when it comes to Everypony. I've had experience as an RP-style admin before, back in the days of AOL Chatrooms and Rhy'Din role-play. My brutal role-play background has lead me to where I am now with it, and after returning to Everypony I've realized... I'm here to stay... so perhaps I should help out more. I'm diplomatic by nature, but stern in dicipline, and I can easily seperate the differences between the different forms of role-players.
i would love to be a rp moderater for reasons -i would be on all day long when i have free time -i will make sure other rper's wont be too harsh or too gore -and i will respect the rules. -and make sure everyone is has a nice time rping^^
Just thought Id put this out there incase any extra hooves are needed down there Ever since I joined Back in may the roleplay section has been my main source of posts. I'm on here almost everyday, if not everyday from 7:45 am to 8:15am and 4pm-10pm gmt. So I can check the rp section often. My rp background stretches back to year 5 and so I have been rping for 5 years. I help out when I can helping new members know to post in the character sheet before posting and to remember to use an OC instead of a canon character unless they were permitted. I am very helpful and caring but I am also a bit of a leader when needed, a recent example of this is when I took over the camp demigod rp from snow as I could see that there was still some interest in it. I've been trying to stimulate more interest in the section by creating new rp's yet to no prevail and I think I would be able to do this if I was a forum rp mod
I would like to apply for RP mod ~I love roleplaying, and I stay around there but I don't post much, but that might change. ~I respect the rules ~I will report ANYbody who violates the rules ~I would love to help the site
