"I'm gonna get some water first."
"That's okay. I'm going to go change."
She nodded. "Can I wear one of your shirts?"
He raised an eyebrow, tilting his head. "You have an obsession."
She frowned. "..Nevermind.."
"No," he protested, catching her hand. "I love that you wear my shirts."
She smiled slightly. "You do?"
"Yeah. I think it's... you know. Nice."
She cocked her head. "Nice? Doesn't that mean kind?"
"Nice? No, it's like... good. Rain is nice. See?"
Her brows furrowed. "Water belongs in the sky.. Rain is not normal.."
He looked shocked, taking her hand. "See, now we have a problem. I love the rain."
She cocked her head. "Have you heard the loud sound from the sky? It's like the end of the world."
He laughed lightly, kissing her head. "The thunder? I love thunder."
"It's scary.."
He rolled his eyes before gesturing to the kitchen. "Go get some water."
She nodded, moving towards the kitchen warmly.
