He planted a kiss on the top of her head, rubbing her back slowly. “It’s alright, okay? It’s natural.”
He pulled her towards the window, pushing back the curtain slightly. “I’m going to open the window, okay?”
He opened the window and looked out at the rain with a small smile before looking down at Tez. "Now yell out the window."
"Yell out the window. Anything. It could be a swear, it could be a word, it could be a name, anything."
He took her in his arms gently, pulling her arms away from his head. "You're okay. It won't hurt you. I promise."
"That was just a crazy coincidence," he reassured her before glancing out the window. "Running in the middle of the night in that weather? It's wonderful."
