She gave him a small smile before stretching and going to the table, looking idly through his mail. "What's this?"
She blinked in surprise before kissing the top of his head. “I didn’t know you still talked to your parents.”
"Of course," he replied, opening the wax seal. "They write when they can. Humans stay close to their parents."
