Ruh Roh (One on One)

He laughed, rolling on his side.

"I think you're so great that I thought you had to have put me under a spell, remember?"

 

He kissed her cheek, his hand on her jaw.

"You're wonderful, you are."

 

He tensed a little, giving her a nervous smile.

"I love you too!"

 

He gave her a look, raising an eyebrow.

"Think about that question for a moment."

 

"No," he agreed, stretching out with a small groan. "It's a little hard to get tattoos here if no one can touch you."

 

He flushed immediately, not meeting her gaze, looking incredibly uncomfortable.

"Ah... right."

 

He cleared his throat, shifting uncomfortably.

"Nope. It's, uh... it's fine."

 

"Well, what about you? Do you have any that I missed?"

 

"Do sirens even get tattoos?" he asked, pulling the pillow under his head.

 

"How would that work? Underwater, I mean?"
