Sam nearly fell in, not even knocking and his voice a blur of words. "I'msosorrytoinintrudelikethisbutyoureallymustcomewithmebecausesomethingreallybadishappeningwithEdenandtheresbloodmagicsopleasehelp!"
The Alyndar blinked, looking down at him with a raised brow. "Slow down, Sam," she said gently, floating down. "I can't understand you when you talk so quickly."
When he finally returned, he would see the Alyndar standing over Eden, speaking quietly. Eden was staring up at her, the hatred in her expression alien on her normally sweet face. Eden reached out, her hand glowing and the Alyndar stepped back, raising one eyebrow. "Eden. Eden. I know you're there. Put your hand down."
Eden glared at her, reaching out for her with a glowing hand, but hesitated, a conflicted expression crossing her face.
The Alyndar nodded, raising her hands above Eden. “That’s my girl. You’re doing well. Just hold it. Hold it.” Eden’s eyes went foggy as the hands moved over her, her face twitching.
