She turned towards the class, who seemed apprehensive. "Do you see? Now, in order to do this, it is sort of..." She considered her hand for a moment. "It's like reversing the process of creating the lily, and then going further with it. Does that make sense?"
"I see your concern," she said brightly, kneeling by the flower. "Think of it like this; life cannot be destroyed or created, truly. Our souls are not fragile. All I have done here is placed a soul into a vessel momentarily, and then removed it again. Do you see? No harm done."
She hesitated, glancing around before lowering her voice. "We can go out to the forest after class," she said warmly. "If you'd like."
She gave him a smile, pulling away. "Good. Then work on the lesson. I think it's really interesting."
